Teachers Terms of Service 

Class Recordings
All classes are recorded for quality assurance purposes. If you do not consent to recordings, please inform us in advance. This is also stated in our Privacy Policy.

Trial & Fee Payment
After successful completion of your free trial classes, you must decide whether to continue. If you choose to proceed, fees must be paid in advance during the last week of each month for the upcoming month. Failure to do so may result in suspension of classes.

Overdue Payments
If payment is overdue by more than 7 days, TazkeereQuran reserves the right to pause or terminate classes without notice unless a valid excuse is provided.

Holding a Class Slot
If you wish to temporarily pause classes but retain the same teacher and time slot, full monthly fees must still be paid to reserve the schedule.

Student Absences & Leaves

• Any absence is considered paid if you retain the same schedule and teacher.

• No makeup classes will be offered for absences longer than 5 days.

• Makeups are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Missed Classes Without Notice
If a student misses a class without prior notice (excluding emergencies), it will be marked absent and no makeup will be arranged.

• For a makeup to be considered, please notify us or your teacher at least 6 hours in advance via Skype or email.

Extended Absence Policy
If a student is absent for more than two weeks without notice, TazkeereQuran may cancel enrollment without a refund.

Sharing Personal Information
Never share personal information such as phone number, email, or payment details with teachers. TazkeereQuran is not responsible for any misuse.

Teacher Reassignment
We reserve the right to change teachers at any time to ensure quality of instruction.

Teacher Departures
In the event a teacher resigns or is terminated, a new qualified teacher will be assigned. Students must not maintain contact with former instructors. TazkeereQuran assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from such contact.

Annual Fee Adjustment
A 6–7% fee increase may be applied annually at the end of each Gregorian calendar year, in accordance with our policies.

Payment Discussions
Payments and financial matters should be handled only with our official support team. Do not discuss fees or contact details with teachers directly.

Fee Variation Policy
Fee structures may change as per our updated policies and terms of service.

Eid Holidays
Eid holidays are paid leaves for teachers and are included in your monthly fee. No refunds or makeup classes will be provided during Eid.

Policy Updates
TazkeereQuran may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website.

Global Applicability
These terms apply to all students worldwide.
